Here are the photos taken on pre-race day (Saturday 1 December 2007). Lead by Steven Penguin-5, the runners boarded a mid-night bus and arrived in Singapore at 6:00 a.m. They went straight to Peninsular-Excelsior Hotel, and later went to collect their bibs in the afternoon.
Participation in the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007 (SCSM or SIM) would not be complete without having to visit the Orchard Road in the evening. They did and they were mesmerized by the beautiful decorative lightings in celebrating the coming Christmas.
