Safety and Security

The project undertaken by The Committee @ 11 Trees of USJ get off the ground on Saturday 27 September. Click here

On that morning, it was officiated by State Assemblywoman for Subang Jaya, YB Hannah Yeoh with the invitees from Resident Associations of USJ and SJ, Police from USJ, Officials from MPSJ and of course, the residents of USJ 11/3.

This initiative is to restrict the number of entry and exit points to specific areas thereby creating a gated and guarded community. Though this concept is common to those living in condominium, to implement it to those landed property is something quite new. Besides, the land areas of USJ 11 are big and there are two rows of shop houses fronting one of the main roads.

The odd one - yours truly with the new security guards

A more secured environment for everyone
.
As I understand, most residents welcome this concept of gated and guarded community in order for better security and safety.

Living in USJ 11/3, I am happy to be one of the residents here having those capable neighbours that make things happen.

To participate in this project, it is not cheap – one has to pay RM 600 per year for the maintenance of the facilities and to engage the security guards. On the lighter side, when I see the guard saluting to me when I am on my way to office in the morning, it definitely makes my day (happy)… :-)
.
Yes! Sir! Have a good day sir!
.
I believe there would be teething problems in the implementation; anyway, there is no problem too big that we cannot solve. What is important is that the project is implemented. Bravo to the Committee @ 11 Trees of USJ !!!
